In other words, this quote is saying without preparation or practice, it will be much harder to be successful at whatever you didn't prepare for. In my life, This quote is a perfect example of all the tests I've ever taken in my life. If you don't study for the test, you are basically making yourself get a lower grade on it. This quote is very well thought-out and makes me think.
